Rhys Paints
I hope i've done this right. If i have, you can now watch Rhys painting and discovering that he's just made brown :) we had fun using the colorations liquid watercolors. i used to use them at papermill and love them. halfway through our painting, i realized that if rhys wanted to, he could paint his pine dinos. he thought that was a great idea and painted two of them. it was good fun.

How cute. I'm always struck by how much we sound alike on film. We both have that same "mommy voice". I was also surprised by how much Rhys as grown since I saw you folks last. He looks like he's been "stretched".
OMG he is so adorable. You have the sweetest mommy voice and your accents have just made me smile. This is just great. It made my day.
Rhys is TOO cute and when he said "you need to focus on THIS" I literally started giggling out loud. You tell Mama, Rhysling! :-D

laume - he has gotten a bit taller since - er - was that november?? ack! i think it has been! we must figure out a way to remedy that. and yep, i think that mommy voice is universal :)
shaz - giggle - glad our accents made you smile :) i know for a fact that yours would make me smile too. and thank you ever so :) he *is* an adorable kid (mostly - heh heh).

carrie *beam* thank you. i can take video with my regular digi cam (which i kept forgetting about) and then it's pretty easy (now that i know how to do it) to get it from the card to the computer. do you have a youtube account? hmmmm...curious

I also love the free and easy way you react to your kids painting. I hope I've picked this up from you. I know I try to learn from your example on these matters! :D Never forget the pictures of Irene painting with every part of her body!
lydia - *blush* thank you! he uses his "action fingers" for a lot of different things - and yes, a lot of it is how he's thinking and exploring.
thank you for the ever so nice compliment, i'm all a pleased blush. i have the pictures of irene - one total and completely painted girl - they are among my favorites.
